Looking Toward The Future

As a father of four, Brock Jackley cares about the legacy we will pass on to our children. He wants a community full of hope - a place our children will be proud to call home. Clean air and water, open space and parks, economic opportunity, and safety and respect are just a few of his goals for the future.

Economic Diversity and Opportunity

We can build economic opportunity here in Washington. We need to attract and retain compatible businesses that can provide more diversity, stability, and high-wage opportunities for our economy. A the same time we need to do more to help existing businesses prosper and create jobs.

Safe and Secure Communities

Brock was a commissioned officer in the US Army. While in legislature he served on the Select Committee for Community Security formed after September 11th. He passed tough new laws that crack down on meth-amphetamine and violent crime. Brock's first priority will be to provide adequate fire and and police staffing to ensure safe and secure communities.

Efficient and Responsive Government

Property taxes have skyrocketed, hitting our seniors especially hard. Brock Jackley has a proven record of providing balanced budgets without raising taxes. His effort to overhaul the DOT saved taxpayers $700 million on the Narrows Bridge alone. We can count on Brock to make Washington more efficient, effective, and responsive to the people it serves.
